Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange items subject to the following conditions.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags.
- Defective or damaged products can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been opened, used, or assembled (unless defective).
- Items with Lube Service applied (the service fee is non-refundable).
- Gift cards and vouchers.
- Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us via WhatsApp or our Contact page within the return period.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions and a return authorization.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:
- CliQ payments: Refund will be transferred to your bank account.
- COD orders: Refund will be transferred via CliQ or bank transfer.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the replacement item has a different price, the difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
- To exchange an item, follow the same process as returns and specify the desired replacement.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
