By accessing and using the XRubiks website and making purchases from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Products and Pricing
- All product descriptions and images are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, actual products may vary slightly.
- Prices are listed in Jordanian Dinar (JOD) by default. Currency conversion is provided for convenience and may not reflect exact exchange rates.
- We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
- Product availability is subject to change without notice.
Orders
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
- Order confirmation will be sent via SMS or email once your order is processed.
- We may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
- Pre-order items will be shipped once available. Estimated availability dates are approximate.
Payment
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment is collected upon delivery. Please have the exact amount ready.
- CliQ Transfer: Bank transfer must be completed within 24 hours of placing the order. Orders without confirmed payment will be cancelled.
- All payments are in the currency displayed at checkout.
Shipping and Delivery
- We deliver across Jordan and may offer international shipping to select countries.
- Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on destination and order weight.
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the product.
Add-on Services
- Optional services such as the Lube Service are provided at the customer's request.
- Add-on services are non-refundable once the service has been performed on the product.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of XRubiks and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
XRubiks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Amman, Jordan.
